Craig M. Beard has extensive experience in state court litigation with an emphasis in the areas of both commercial and residential landlord and tenant law.  

Craig is a member of the Memphis Bar Association. He is enrolled to practice in all Tennessee courts, the United States District Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Craig received his law degree from the University of Memphis in 1987 where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.  He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Tennessee.
